the location was great for attending events at rod laver arena. it was a short walk with no need to line up for ubers. onsite parking provided extra convenience. i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen (it had everything i needed).

the shower temperature was hard to adjust and the water pressure wasn't consistent (it fluctuated quite a bit).

the staff was courteous and helpful with recommendations. check-out was efficient and quick. i had a pleasant experience interacting with the team, and they were attentive to any requests i had .
